    Sponsored links, PTC advertisements, or third-party content displayed on FaucetPayz do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or suitability.

    Use of third-party links, offers, or services is strictly at your own risk. FaucetPayz disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or consequences resulting from reliance on such content.

    We do not endorse gambling, unlawful activities, or any content that conflicts with applicable laws or ethical standards. Users must independently verify the legality and safety of third-party services before engaging with them.

  4. Advertisement

    We do not allow advertisements that contain auto-downloads, malicious code, frame breakers, gambling content, adult content, or illegal activities.

    Advertisements are supplied by third-party networks or advertisers. While we block clearly prohibited categories, we do not control all ads shown and do not endorse their content. PTC ads submitted by advertisers are subject to our approval and may be removed if found inappropriate.

    We reserve the right to deny, remove, or restrict any advertisement at our sole discretion without prior notice.

  5. Prohibited Activities

    You may not use FaucetPayz for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Exploiting system vulnerabilities
    • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activity
    • Violating third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
    • Using bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators, or multiple accounts to manipulate the platform

    Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of earnings.

  6. Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to use FaucetPayz. If you are under 18, you must not register or use the service.

  7. Referral System

    You may refer unlimited users. Prohibited referral practices include:

    • Sending spam or unsolicited messages
    • Coercing anyone into registering
    • Buying or generating referrals with paid/automated services
  8. Account Suspension

    We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for suspicious or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to:

    • Operating multiple accounts or accounts within the same household
    • Completing offers or activities on behalf of another user
    • Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, or other tools to mask identity or location
    • Excessive or suspicious activity within a short period
    • High chargeback or fraud rates

    Violations may result in loss of earnings, temporary holds, or permanent bans. Suspended users may not re-register.

  9. Offers
    • Manipulation of offerwalls (VPNs, proxies, scripts, etc.) is prohibited.
    • FaucetPayz integrates third-party plugins to provide offers. We do not guarantee crediting of offers and are not responsible for untracked or uncredited tasks.
    • High-risk offers may remain pending for up to 45 days before being credited.
    • Accounts with a chargeback rate exceeding 20% may be suspended.
  10. Earnings

    All earnings are represented as virtual tokens. These tokens have no guaranteed monetary value outside of FaucetPayz and may only be redeemed through official withdrawal methods supported by the platform.

    FaucetPayz is not a financial institution, payment processor, or investment service.

  11. Payments
    • Withdrawals are available once users meet the minimum payout threshold.
    • Payments are usually processed within 2 business days, but may be delayed up to 90 days for audits or fraud investigations.
    • Availability of payment methods varies by region. Users are responsible for ensuring their chosen withdrawal method is legal and supported.
    • FaucetPayz is not responsible for failed or lost transactions caused by incorrect user-provided details.
    • We reserve the right to require identity or account verification before processing withdrawals.
  12. Compliance

    It is your responsibility to ensure that use of FaucetPayz is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not permit the platform to be used where prohibited by law. Users must verify local rules before using third-party services accessed via our site.
